SavFit Flow is your mobility tool-box for a busy lifestyle, whether you're an athlete seeking improved performance, or you're simply someone who could benefit from 10 minutes of time connecting with yourself while reaping the benefits of quality movement and optimized energy to enhance your every day. In this daily follow-along mobility program, we focus on effectively building lasting resilience and mobility in the major joints of the lower body- the hips, knees and ankles- to mitigate injury and promote efficiency, natural dynamics and athleticism in our overall movement. The best and fastest way to movement freedom is by practicing frequently and efficiently: each session/flow is just 10-15 minutes per day, done 5 days per week. These movements are designed for all skill levels, modifications and regressions are included. Everyone- whether you're a pro athlete, a busy executive, a single mom, etc.- EVERYONE can spare 10 minutes a day to significantly improve their movement and well-being over the course of 12 weeks. All you have to do is hit play and follow along, then go about your day. You could even save it for the end of your day, right after you brush your teeth and just before you head to bed. It's really that simple, so the only way you can f**k up this program is by simply not doing it...don't be that guy, ignoring your mobility restrictions and compensating your way to pain town. 10 minutes a day...5 days a week...that's all it takes. Whether fitness to you is a solution to pain, or simply a part of your routine to stay healthy, or an all-out obsession with pushing limits, there is a place designed just for you in my program. Because for me, fitness is about all of the above. My journey has been a never-ending and wildly exciting adventure of self-discovery and improvement, and I'm more passionate than anything in my life about helping others to ignite this amazing change in and for themselves. I firmly believe that fitness is for everyone. The more insight and knowledge I've gained from own unique experience with training, movement and pain, as well as my 8 years of training a diverse array of athletes of many ages, skill levels, goals, etc., the more I'm able to confidently apply the necessary tools for the individual. I’ve earned certifications in Personal Training, Corrective Exercise (NASM CPT, CES), Functional Fitness (ACE), Functional Kettlebell Training (FKT/PPSC), and I’m a trained mobility specialist (FRCms). I’ve learned valuable skills and techniques to overcome acute and chronic pain, injuries, joint/mobility restrictions, eating disorders, depression and anxiety, ADHD, and the profound grief of losing my younger brother to suicide in June 2023. I truly believe these experiences have propelled me into a life of fulfilling my purpose to serve others, to educate and empower as many as possible to believe in themselves beyond what is certain and known about the outcome…to expand their minds to become more than they are, physically, mentally and spiritually. Everybody is different, and every BODY is different. And on top of that, each of us is ever-evolving. As our bodies, brains, systems, metabolism, hormones, interests, goals, values, etc. change over time as we age and experience life, so need be our personal approach to fitness. When life shifts, it’s incredibly helpful to have someone in your corner you trust to address the shift and provide resources according to your individual needs. That’s where I come in. My goal is for you to not only become more physically fit, skilled and strong; but to learn to endure and conquer life's most painful experiences, adapt to new environments and circumstances, solve your own problems more effectively and efficiently, and expand your capacity to experience joy, by connecting with yourself on a deeper level through fitness.
